Co-founder and President of N-Sense LLC, and professor of Agronomy at Iowa State University. Received his Ph.D. in Agronomy from Iowa State University in 1987. Started his career as research scientist with USDA-ARS, and joined the Department of Agronomy at Iowa State University as a professor in 2010. David is a soil scientist who has led a successful team conducting fundamental and applied research on soil and environmental chemistry. He has been working on soil sensor technology to facilitate precision management of soils for over 20 years. His prior research led to the development of a commercial field mobile on-the-go NIRS soil sensor system.

Natalia received her Ph.D in Soil Science and Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Iowa State University in 2006. Her Ph.D. Dissertation in soil fertility was recognized by ISU Graduate College Research Excellence Award. She has background in soil fertility and management, nutrient management, remote sensing, and precision agriculture.
Co-founder and CSO of N-Sense LLC, associate scientist with the Center for Nondestructive Evaluation and associate adjunct professor in the Aerospace Engineering Department at Iowa State University. Thomas received his Ph.D in Engineering Mechanics from Iowa State University and has 25+ years of industry-oriented experience in using ultrasonics, terahertz imaging and FTIR in nondestructive evaluation with applications involving computer modeling, signal and image processing, statistics, pattern cognition, and inspection optimization and prototyping.
Business advisor. Stephen Ringlee, CPA, is managing director of Centesimus Capital. He lives and works in Ames, IA and Boston, MA. He has co-founded a number of firms in insurance, life sciences, manufacturing, and information sciences and consults on company formation and growth. He is a board member of two companies and three non-profits. He graduated from UC Berkeley in engineering, from Dartmouth’s Tuck School with an MBA in finance, and from Bentley University with an MS in Taxation.
Business advisor. Mark White is a Founding and Managing Partner of Prairie Crest Capital, LLC. He has over 30 years of financial, private equity, investment, management, turnaround and entrepreneurial experience. He has also been involved in a number of business turnaround projects, including Steelworks, Inc., a manufacturer of home office furniture and products. In each of his engagements, Mr. White has led financial or strategic initiatives worldwide, with particularly wide experience in China. Mr. White is a native of Detroit, Michigan and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with Honors, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
